Under-19's Team register second consecutive victory

Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team registered their second consecutive victory to consolidate their sixth place in the Youths League Section A, when Wednesday, they defeated Naxxar Lions FC with a score of 2-0.

The Stripes extended their positive run by picking the third victory from their last four outings. A goal by Kurt Zammit put the Stripes ahead after just four minutes. Kurt then scored the second goal for the Stripes ten minutes into the second half.

Thanks to this victory, Birkirkara are now alone in the sixth-place after Hamrun failed to keep the pace. The Stripes moved just two points under Mosta, who lost to St. Andrew's.
