Edmond Agius voted for best goal of the year

Edmond Agius' magnificent curling strike in the dying minutes of the 2-1 victory over Hibernians has been voted as goal of the year in the 2016-2017 season during the MFA Awards 2016.

Agius scored the all-important goal on Sunday, 24 May when the match seemed to be heading to a 1-1 draw but on the nineteenth minute, Edmond produced a gem of a goal by curling strike to the top right corner from the edge of the box.
