Under-19's Team condemned by a late goal

Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team lost their third consecutive match in the Youths League Section A when a late goal by Nicholas Pulis condemned them to a narrow 1-0 defeat against Valletta FC.

In a balanced match, both teams had their chances but the Citizens stepped-up their tempo in the second-half and they were unlucky to hit the bar twice before registering the winning goal five minutes from time, thanks to a direct free-kick by Pulis.
