Birkirkara FC Youth Academy taking part in Italian tournaments

Birkirkara FC Youth Academy will be participating in the Sportland Cup with the Under-9's, Under-11's and Under-12's categories, while the Under-10's category will be participating in the Torneo Costa Viola. Both tournaments will be held between Saturday 29 April and Monday 1 May in Italy.

A contingent of 110 made up players, parents, coaches and staff left Malta earlier this morning on their way to Italy. The Under-9's, Under-11's and Under-12's will be having a training session this evening, while the Under-10's will be participating in several short friendly matches as a preparation for this tournament.

All age groups will playing matches in the tournament between Saturday and Monday. The contingent will return to Malta on Monday evening.
