Birkirkara defeated by Hamrun Spartans

Birkirkara FC were defeated by Hamrun Spartans with a 2-0 score, in a friendly match played on Thursday evening, at the Victor Tedesco Stadium.

Hamrun built a two-goal advantage in the first-half as they were in control for long stretches. However, in the second half, the Stripes made a drastic improvement and they went close with several occasions, but they failed to narrow the score.

Latest signing Bruno Andrade was included a substitute in the second half, and he left a very good impression.
