President's Address during the AGM

The Club President gave this address during the Annual General Meeting which was held yesterday at the Club's House.

Birkirkara FC's commitee 2012-2013

The new commitee which was elected yesterday met today for the first time and assigned the official roles for this coming year.

Second committee election

The election that was held yesterday for the Club's committee ended with Mr Jason Deguara and Mr Nicholas Grima getting an equal number of votes. This means that another election needs to be held to determine who will be the thirteenth member of the committee for season 2012-2013.

Women's Team Barbeque

The Birkirkara FC Women's Team would like to invite all supporters to the annual 'End of Season Barbeque' at the Old Railway Station in Birkirkara on Thursday, 28 June, eve of a public holiday from 20:00 onwards.

Report of AGM 2011-2012

Yesterday evening Birkirkara FC held its 2011-2012 Annual General Meeting at the Club's house on top of the Mc Donald's.

Rachel Cuschieri awarded as best female player

During yesterday's Replay Gala Night 2012, one of the most talented female midfielders Rachel Cuschieri was awarded as the best female player for the 2011-2012 season.

End of Season Barbeque cancelled

The Birkirkara FC Supporters Sub-Committee regretfully announces that due to circumstances beyond its control the "End of Summer" barbeque which was planned for this Wedesday, has been cancelled.

Replay Gala Night - birkirkarafc.com nominated

With the local football season over, Media. Link Communications will host the fifth edition of the Gram Collections Replay Gala Night 2012 next Wednesday, 6 June from 20:30 onwards.

Eight Birkirkara players called to provisional squads

Eight Birkirkara players were called up to the provisional National squads by Head Coach Mr. Pietro Ghedin and the Under 21 Team Head Mr. Ray Farrugia. Four players were called with the First team and the other four with the Under 21 team.

Season 2012-2013 to kick off on 20 June

The 2012-2013 season will be kicking off on the 20th June with the Euro Cup which serves as a preparation for the UEFA competitions matches. Besides Birkirkara, league champions Valletta, U*BET FA Trophy winners Hibernians and fourth placed Floriana will also be taking part in this competition.

Birkirkara FC in bid to host Women's Champions League games

Birkirkara FC has just applied with UEFA to host one of the UEFA Women's Champions League mini tournaments in the Qualifying Round. This is the first time that a Maltese side has applied to host this event. The outcome of this application will be decided by means of a draw, on the 27th June.

Mr. Simon Grech, the new goalkeepers' coach

Mr. Simon Grech is the new Birkirkara FC's Goalkeepers' Coach as few moments ago he signed a one year contact with our Club. Mr. Roderick Agius, the previous goalkeepers coach had his contract terminated by the Club.

Football Academy Summer School

The Birkirkara FC Football Academy will be organising a summer school between 3 July and 3 August.
