Peter Pullicino renews his contract

Mr. Peter Pullicino will be forming part of the Club's Technical Staff for another year, as just a few moments ago he signed another one year contract. Peter will once again take the roles of Assistant Coach of the Senior team, and Coach of the Under 19 team.

Angus Buhagiar suspended three matches

The Malta Football Assocation Disciplinary Commissioner has announced that Birkirkara's flank defender Angus Buhagiar has received a three-match suspension. Angus was sent off during last Friday's match, for retaliating to a foul committed on him by Balzan's Brazilian forward Pedrinho.

Chartered flight for Europa League away match

The committee of Birkirkara FC is considering organising a chartered flight for the team and the supporters for the away match of the First Qualifying Round of the UEFA Europa League. The match will be played either on the 5th or the 12th of July, depending on the draws, which will take place on the 25th of June. Depending on logistics, the trip will be of about 3 to 4 days.
