Jorge Mora released

Spanish goalkeeper Jorge Mora has asked the Club to terminate his contract, for personal reasons. The committee understood his situation, and both parties reached an amicable solution, and ended the contract with mutual consent. Mora is set to return to his homeland, Spain in the coming days.

Birkirkara's crisis continued yesterday evening as 'The Stripes' were humiliated with a 5-0 defeat at the hands of Hibernians. For Birkirkara this was the third consecutive match without a win and without scoring a goal.

BKR Radio on Digital Audio Broadcasting

After ten years as a community radio, from Monday 5th December, BKR Radio will now also broadcast on the Digital Audio Broadcasting so that now it may be enjoyed also from outside the Birkirkara area, and it will effectively become a national radio station.
