Kristijan Naumovski was born on the 17 September 1988 and he is from the Republic of Macedonia. The towering goalkeeper played for our club between December 2017 and May 2019.
Naumovski is an experienced goalkeeper and throughout his career, he made six appearances with the National Team between 2009 and 2014. He had also formed part of the Under-17, Under-19, and Under-21 of the National Team.
On the other hand, on a club level, he has played for FK Rabotnicki Skopje, FC Dinamo Bucuresti, PFC Levski Sofia, and Hong Kong Pegasus FC.
Naumovski joined our club in December 2017, after the Stripes were looking to strengthen the squad with a foreign goalkeeper in the January Transfer Market.
In his first experience in Maltese football, he established himself as one of the best goalkeepers on the island and helped the squad to secure a place in European competitions while reaching the final of the FA Trophy.
Birkirkara FC and Naumovski agreed on a one-year contract for season 2018-2019. Throughout the first part of the season, he was the regular goalkeeper and once again produced several good performances.
He lost his regular place to Maltese goalkeeper Andrew Hogg after the latter joined our club in the January Transfer Market.
Naumovski moved to Balzan FC in June 2019. During his one and a half year with our club, he made fourty-one appearances and registered sixteen cleansheets.
