Four players selected in Malta's final squad

Four Birkirkara players were selected in the final eighteen-man squad by Maltese Head Coach Mr. Pietro Ghedin for the friendly match against Liechtenstein which will be played this Wednesday.

Edward Herrera, Gareth Sciberras, Paul Fenech and Rowen Muscat were the players selected by Ghedin with Joseph Zerafa being the only Birkirkara dropped from the provisional squad.

This will be another stern test for Malta following the two defeats despite good performance against Italy and Czech Republic with 2-0 and 3-1 scores respectively.

The match will be played at the Rheinpark in Vaduz and it is scheduled to kick off at 19:00.
