Girls Under-16's lose narrowly to Tarxien Rainbows

Birkirkara FC Girls Under-16's Team gave a determined performance but it wasn't enough to take something from the match as two first-half goals by Tarxien Rainbows before Michela Felice pulled one back saw them emerging as winners with a 2-1 score.

Tarxien Rainbows opened a two-goal lead thanks to a brace by Kailey Willis before Michela Felice converted a penalty four minutes from time. In the second half, the Stripes push hard but unbeaten leaders Tarxien held strong for an important victory.
