U19: Birkirkara FC 2-0 Valletta FC

Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team registered another vital victory in their challenge for the Youths League Section A title, when they defeated arch-rivals Valletta FC with a 2-0 score.

Birkirkara opened the score after just six minutes thanks to Nevin Portelli and they made sure of the victory with the second goal in the first minute of added time for the second half thanks to Nick Borg.

BIRKIRKARA: Amara Sylla, Max Borg Bartolo, Zack Cassar, Maverick Gatt, Alessio Azzopardi (80' Carlo Zammit Lonardelli), Braden Calleja, Jordan Sciberras, Nicholas Farrugia, Ayrton Attard, Gianluca Zammit (89' Briam Mifsud), Nevin Portelli (74' Nick Borg).

Yellow Cards: 27' Jean Borg, 67' Kieron Grima (Valletta), 80' Nick Borg (Birkirkara).
