Women's Team complete comeback to win Super Cup

Birkirkara FC Women's Team started the new season 2017-2018 on a high when they defeated Hibernians FC with a 3-2 score, to win the BOV Women's Super Cup. The Stripes are now the holders of all three cups that Women's Football offer.

Birkirkara FC returned to winning ways in the BOV Premier League when they scored a stoppage-time goal to survive a second-half comeback by Naxxar Lions FC, as they secured a hard-fought 3-2 victory.

Five Birkirkara FC Youth Academy players namely Amara Sylla, Ethan Lethrdige, Glenn Attard, Paul Mbong and Sebastian Grech have been called-up to the Under-17's National Team for the annual Trofeo Nereo Rocco between the 19 and 25 September 2017.

Team building event for the U19 Team

Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team organised a team-building event where the team was given the opportunity to spend a whole day together. This event helped the team to increase the bond between each other as well as preparing in the best possible way for the season.

Three players called-up with U19 National Team

Three Birkirkara FC Youth Academy players namely Ayrton Attard, Nicholas Farrugia and Neil Micallef have been selected with the Under-19's National Team for the UEFA Under-19's Qualifying Tournament, which is going to be held in Holland between the 4 and 10 October.

Birkirkara FC Women's Team has been strengthened further with the signing of the Italian player, Elena Tramonti. Tramonti is best-known for her experience in the Italian Seria A league, with Scalese Calcio Femminile in Season 2013-2014.
