Birkirkara FC sign former Portuguese International, Daniel Fernandes

𝗕𝗶𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗙𝗖 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘀

Portuguese goalkeeper, Daniel Fernandes, is the latest acquisition for the Stripes. The towering goalkeeper has been amongst the best goalkeepers last season. Fernandes brings a wealth of experience, having played for PAOK, Twente and CFR Cluj amongst others and in Malta he played for Tarxien Rainbows. He has also been called up twice with Portugal's national team, being selected as one of the twenty-three selected players for Portugal's 2010 World Cup campaign.
