Jake Grech was born on the 18 November 1997 and he plays as a midfielder. He joined our Club in the Summer Transfer Market 2017 in one of the biggest transfers in the Club's history.
He has played in all levels of youths in the National Team. He forms part of the Under-21's National Team and he has also been given the captain's armband in the UEFA European Under-21 Championship Qualification's match against Belgium.
On the other hand, on a domestic level, Grech was Hamrun Spartans' captain and inspirational midfielder as he enjoyed an excellent season and despite playing in midfielder, he finished as the team's best scorer and the fifth best top-scorer overall in the BOV Premier League with twelve goals in Season 2016-2017.
Jake joined our Club on Sunday, 18 June where he signed a five-year long term contract.
