New committee for the SSC

The 'Stripes Supporters' Club' has a brand new committee to manage its everyday running for the 2009-2010 season, which marks the tenth anniversary of this group.

Below, is the list of members which will be making up this new committee;

President: Jonathan Pace

Vice President : Philippe Gatt

Secretary: Jonathan Friggieri

Vice Secretary. Mark Mifsud

Treasury : Martin Borg

Vice Treasury: Michael Bonnici

Pro: Godwin Galea

Marketing: Peter Busutill Other members : Alfred Bugeja, Malclom Tabone, Neville Montfort, Maverick Bonnici, Clive Bezzina.

Jonathan Friggieri, as the secretary of the SSC, would like to leave a special praise for ex-Birkirkara FC President, Mr.Victor Zammit for the work he has put in whilst serving 'The Stripes' community. Furthermore, he would like to thank Mr.Emmanuel Bezzina the ex-SSC President and Carmelo Calleja, who unluckily will not be forming part of the management for this season.

Whilst welcoming on board Mr.Paul Zammit and Mr.Branco Nisevic, the SSC would also like to thank outgoing coach John Buttigieg who has served as the first team coach for the past few seasons.

Last but not least, we would like to appeal to the large Birkirkara FC fan base, to get closer to the club in order to achieve our ambitious targets for the upcoming and future seasons.
