A crucial Sunday

by Matthaeus Grasso - 26th March 2010

We are just a few hours away from what so far looks to be the match of the season, as our team faces bitter rivals and title contenders Valletta.

With Birkirkara leading by just a single point, the outcome of this match can have a heavy impact on who wins the BOV Premier League 2009-2010 title in May.

With the players having the task of proving to the country who's the best team, the fans on both ends will be battling it out against each other in the stands, as Malta's two most renowned sets of supporters face each other in yet another highly anticipated encounter.

With the 'Birkirkara Ultras 1997' in our part of the enclosure, the 'Karkarizi' can rest assured that they will be properly led in the chanting that needs to take place during different times and situations throughout the match.

The Birkirkara FC clan is strongly encouraging all of its' supporters to attend in huge numbers, and are requested to bring along with them all the material such as flags, scarves and banners which would utterly enhance the stadium experience come this Sunday.

See you all at the National Stadium.

Come on 'Stripes'!
