Three points away from glory

by Matthaeus Grasso - 30th April 2010

Only Tarxien Rainbows stand in Birkirkara's road to clinch the third Premier League title, as today at the Ta'Qali National Stadium, both sides battle it out in a match that is expected to attract thousands of Birkirkara FC supporters to the stands. Some Valletta supporters are also expected to join forces with the Tarxien fans in the opposite side of the enclosure.

Mr.Paul Zammit, the Birkirkara FC Manager should have no selection problems apart from the fact that Carlo Mamo has broken his hand, and will not feature in the team any more this season.

If all three points are achieved during the match, Birkirkara FC will be automatically declared as the new champions, whilst if any points are dropped, our side will have to wait until the final match against arch rivals Valletta, which would ultimately decide the destination of the title.

Let's go to the stadium and give our utmost support to the team, through constant chanting of encouragement towards the players and our technical staff.

Come on Yellows!!!
