BOV Presents Commemorative Poster to Premier League Champions

Bank of Valletta has printed a commemorative poster to honour Birkirkara FC, the Champions of the 2009/2010 BOV Premier League as a memento of this achievement.

Tonio Depasquale, CEO at Bank of Valletta presented the first copy of the poster to Karm Galea, President of Birkirkara FC in the presence of Coach Paul Zammit and other members of the Club's Committee.

"I take this opportunity to congratulate the players and committee of the Birkirkara Football Club for winning the BOV Premier League this season" said Mr Depasquale. "Bank of Valletta is a major supporter of local sports, this being the fifth year that the Bank is supporting the local football leagues".

"We are delighted to have prevailed in this year's hard-fought Championship" said Mr Galea. "We thank Bank of Valletta for their kind gesture in providing us with these posters, that I am sure will be appreciated and cherished by our loyal fans".

Birkirkara FC fans are invited to visit the team's club in Birkirkara or Bank of Valletta's branches in Birkirkara and Fleur de Lys for a copy of the poster.
