This year's Annual General Meeting

The Birkirkara FC committee would like to announce that this year's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday the 10th of June at 18.30

The club's members who would be attending this AGM, which will be held on top of the McDonald's, are asked to be seated by not later than 18.15

Below, you will find the topics which will be on the agenda of this same important meeting;

1. Reading of the AGM 2008-2009 Season minutes 2. Reading of the Administrative Report for the 2009-2010 Season. 3. Financial Report 2009-2010 Season reading, 4. Reading of the reports of the Stripes Supporters' Club, Nursery and Women team respectively. 5. Motions and Amendments of the club statute. 6. Auditor's nomination. 7. Mr.Karm Galea, as the Club's President, addresses the supporters. 8. List of Committee nominations for the 2010-2011 Season. 9. Committee members' election.

Motions and nominations and statute amendments should reach the club's secretary (Mr.Gilbert Agius), by not later than Tuesday the 8th of June at 19.00.
