Karl Pulo moves to Tarxien Rainbows

by Ivan Mizzi - 30th June 2011

Karl Pulo was transferred today from Birkirkara FC to Tarxien Rainbows FC.

Karl Pulo joined Birkirkara FC in the 2009 Summer Transfer Window. His first season could not be better as Birkirkara went beyond all exceptions and they managed to win the Championship for the third time in their history. In the Premier League he made 19 appearances and he started the match five times, while he was included as a substitute 14 times. In the same competition he managed to score five goals while he was voted the BOV Player of the Match once.

The following season was quite a disappointing one as 'The Stripes' ended up in the third place and knocked out in the semi-final of the U*BET FA Trophy. In the Premier League he made 20 appearances out of which started the match six times while he was included as a substitute 14 times.

We would like to thank Karl for the service that he gave to our Club while wishing him luck with his new club.
