Penalty Shoot-out at Nursery

Birkirkara FC Nursery is going to organize a penalty shoot-out competition which will be held on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th May.

This event will give the children the opportunity to experience the electric atmosphere and adrenaline their heroes experience on every match day. They will take penalty kicks in front of a cheering crowd and parents, and enjoy a fabulous morning.

The first event will be for children born in 2006 (U6), 2005 (U7), 2003 (U9) and 2002 (U10), and this will take place on Saturday 19th May, 2012, at 09.00. The second shoot-out will be for children born 2004 (U8), 2001 (U11), 2000 (U12), 1999 (U13) and this will take place on Sunday 20th May, 2012, also at 09.00.

Kindly note that the penalty shoot-out events will replace the training sessions scheduled on the same day for the respective age groups.

In the application form one can find the collection sheet which should be handed to the Nurseryin an envelope with the money collected, not later than five days before the event.

Participants will be allowed to take penalty shots depending on the funds raised. The more funds raised, the more penalty shots, and the better chance of winning as the winner will be decided on the actual amounts of goals scored.

There are prizes for the top three penalty takers in each age group. First prize will be a €10 voucher and a Birkirkara FC branded football. The runner-up will receive a €7 voucher and the third placed will receive a €5 voucher. All vouchers are redeemable from Agenda Bookshop.

A commemorative gift will be given to every child who collects at least the minimum amount required to participate which is € 10 while a trophy will be presented to the winners of the categories 2001 (U11), 2000 (U12) and 1999 (U13).
