Instructions for the Champions League home match

by Ivan Mizzi - 15th July 2013

The police have issued instructions that for tomorrow's match all Birkirkara FC supporters are to approach the National Stadium at Ta' Qali from the Mosta and Attard roads, and should use the parking area of the West Stand. Birkirkara supporters will be hosted in the Enclosure side - West A.

NK Maribor supporters are to proceed from the Rabat road, and they will have the parking area of the Millenium side reserved for them. They will be seated in the Enclosure side - West C.

Tickets will be on sale from the Stadium, at 15 Euros for adults, and 1 Euro for children under 12 years of age.

The police will be conducting thorough searches prior to entrance to the stadium, and they reserve the right to deny entrance to anybody.

All kinds of flares, smoke emitting objects and similar kind of articles are strictly prohibited. Use of such articles in the stadium would result in heavy fines for the club involved. Criminal procedures will also be taken against those responsible.

Birkirkara FC would like to reiterate its strong stance against racism or any sort of discrimination. Racism has no place in football. Any form of racism behaviour will be heavily fined by UEFA.

There will be zero tolerance for any type of misbehaviour.

We would like to urge every Birkirkara supporter to come and give utmost and non-stop support to the team. We also encourage them to stop any action that is out of place and that might harm the Club.

We encourage all supporters to obey police orders, and to create a festive environment in a safe atmosphere so that everybody can enjoy this memorable match.
