Tara Attard joins Birkirkara FC

Birkirkara FC and Kirkop United FC reached an agreement over the swapping of players Tara Attard and Kim Simler on loan for one season.

Tara, aged 14, is a promising player who forms part of the Under 16's Girls National Team. She is a product of Kirkop, and she plays in the defence department.

Attard is the second signing for the Women's Team after former Mosta FC player Rebecca Chircop also joined the Club. Tara will be also forming part of the Under 16's Girls who once again will be competing in the Under 16's Girls league.

On the other hand, as part of the deal, Kim Simler will be loaned out to Kirkop, and she will be seeking more playing time, since she found little space last season, when the Women's Team won the BOV Women's First Division League and the BOV Women's Knock Out.

We would like to welcome Tara while wishing her all the best of luck in her adventure with our Club. We would also like to wish Kim the best of luck in her new adventure with Kirkop United FC.
