Birkirkara to take on Hibernians

Birkirkara FC will be involved in the second match of the Euro Cup Pre-Season Tournament this evening when they take on Hibernians FC.
Birkirkara are in an upswing mood, when in a busy Saturday afternoon, they signed three new foreigners while reaching an agreement over the permanent transfer of Edmond Agius who signed a three-year deal. Also, Joseph Zerafa renewed his contract by another two years.
In the first match of this tournament, Birkirkara shared the spoils with Valletta in a 1-1 draw while Hibernians suffered a 3-0 defeat in their opening match against Sliema.
Mr. Paul Zammit, Birkirkara's Head Coach, is expected to test more promising youngsters while the latest signings are expected to make their debut.
The match will be played at the Centenary Stadium and is scheduled to kick off at 19:00.
