Birkirkara FC Under-15's Team on Saturday extended their unbeaten run to six matches in the APS Bank Under-15's League Section A, when they fought their way back from a goal down to earn a 1-1 draw with Pieta Hotspurs.

Facing leaders Pieta Hotspurs, who are still unbeaten in the league, the Stripes knew that they were up for a difficult task. However, they were rewarded for their never-give-up attitude, when despite ending the first-half chasing the match, Ryan Tonna's second-half goal near the hour mark gave them an important point.

With this result, the Stripes are still in the third place with fifteen points, nine under leaders Pieta Hotspurs and eighth under St. Andrew's. On the other hand, they are one point over Hibernians, and four above Mosta and five above Qormi. Hamrun Spartans and Balzan are anchored at the bottom of the table with four points each.
