Herman Bugeja appointed as Under-19's Team Coach

by Ivan Mizzi - 15th June 2016

Birkirkara FC secured the services of one of the top-rated Coaches on our island, as the Club continues to invest in its coaching staff. Just a few moments ago, former Head Coach of the Hibernians FC Youth Nursery, Herman Bugeja, signed a three-year contract that will see him coaching Birkirkara Under-19's Team.

Herman, who holds a UEFA A license in coaching, certainly needs no introduction, as he is well-known for his work with the Paolites, since July 2014. Before joining Hibernians, he was the assistant coach of the Senior Team of Fgura United that secured promotion to the BOV First Division League in Season 2013-2014, while also serving as Head Coach of their nursery.

Starting from this year, Birkirkara FC Under-19's Team will be administered by the Club's Youth Academy. This is to ensure that players are given the best possible attention and guidance, while being prepared to take the final leap to senior team football.

We would like to welcome Herman to our Club, while we wish him all the best of luck in his new adventure.
