Birkirkara FC hosted by President Mary-Louise Coleiro

Her Excellency Marie Louise Coleiro Preca, President of the Republic of Malta, hosted Birkirkara FC to a reception on Monday 1st August, at San Anton Palace, on the occasion of their historic qualification to the third qualifying round in a UEFA competition.

Her Excellency greeted the Birkirkara FC contingent, led by the Club's President, Dr. Delia, and made up of the Club's committee members, technical staff and senior-team players.

Her Excellency congratulated the Club's achievement of being the first ever Maltese football club to reach this stage in a UEFA competition. She went on to thank the Club for giving visibility to Malta.
