Birkirkara FC Under-15's Team remained struggling in the APS Bank Under-15's Team Section A when they suffered another defeat, this time against St. Andrew's with a 5-2 score.

The Stripes surged ahead after seventeen minutes thanks to a fine strike by Nikolai Farrugia Cross but St. Andrew's came back strongly and scored three goals in the first-half to turn the score in their favour. To add to Birkirkara's woes, goalkeeper Jake Schiavone was sent off before the third goal due to a foul language after the referee had ordered the penalty kick.

With a comfortable two-goal lead and with numerical advantage, St. Andrew's remained superior and they added two goals to make the score 5-1 before the Stripes scored a consolation goal thanks to another strike by Farrugia Cross.

The Stripes will be all out to get their first points in their next match against Qormi FC in the fourth match of the league. The match will be played on Saturday, 12 November at the Rabat Ajax Grounds and it will kick off at 14:45.
