Match Preview: Birkirkara FC vs. Santa Lucia FC

Birkirkara FC will start their commitments in the third round of the FA Trophy, sponsored by Boost Diesel, when this afternoon they will face BOV Second Division side Santa Lucia FC.

The Stripes are fresh from their last victory, when they scored twice in the second half to defeat St. Andrew's FC with a 2-0 score. The Stripes are currently occupying the eighth position in the BOV Premier League with sixteen points from twelve matches.

On the other hand, Santa Lucia are sharing the third place in the BOV Second Division with nineteen points from ten matches. They are coming from three consecutive victories, and in their last match they defeated Gharghur FC with a 3-2 score.

The match will be played at the Victor Tedesco Stadium and it will kick off at 14:00. Transport from Valley Road leaves at 13:00.
