Eduardo Dos Santos signs for Birkirkara FC

Birkirkara FC continued their intensive transfer activity when they completed the fourth new signing in this summer transfer market. Towering defender Eduardo Dos Santos signed a one-year contract with our Club.

Eduardo is from Brazil and he is twenty-two years old. This will the first experience outside Europe for the towering centre-back, following several spells in Brazil. He was last on the books of Gurani Esporte Club, before playing for Jabaquara SP and Ceara SC in the Brazilian Seria A.

"Top defender" - Michael Valenzia

Club's Technical Director Mr. Michael Valenzia rates Eduardo as a top defender. "Eduardo has all the characteristics to become a top defender. His attributes are those that where asked for by our head coach and we hope he will be successful with our club."
