Two new signings for Birkirkara FC

Birkirkara FC continued to revamp their squad ahead of the first leg of the preliminary round of the UEFA Europa League, when they completed the signing of experienced players namely Stanimir Miloskovic and Fabiano Da Lima.

Stanimir Miloskovic plays as an offensive midfielder and he is thirty-four years old. He has spent the last five months of the season with Nadur Youngsters FC and has impressed by scoring no less than eleven goals in a short-spell.

Miloskovic has spent most of his playing career playing in the top division and first division of Serbia and Greece respectively. Before joining Nadur Youngsters FC, he has also had a short-spell with FF Angelholm in Sweden.

On the other hand, Fabiano Da Lima is a new face for Maltese football. The robust Brazilian forward is thirty-two years old and he joins our Club following a successful six-season spell in the Regional Liga and the 2. Liga of Austria.

During his career, he has played for SK Rapid Wien, FC Wacker Innsbruck in Austria, Aris Thessaloniki FC in Macedonia, and FC Metalurg aporizhya II in Ukraine before returning to Austria with LASK Linz SK.
