Four Youth Academy players including goalkeeper Amara Sylla, Paul Mbong, Glenn Attard and Carlo Zammit Lonardelli have been selected with the Under-19's National Team for a six-day training camp in Austria, where they will be also playing two friendly matches.

Winston Muscat, the Malta Under-19 coach who is assisted by Stefano Grima, has selected a squad of 20 players for this training camp which is part of the team's build-up for their UEFA Under-19 Championship qualifiers against hosts Italy, Slovakia and Cyprus in November.

Muscat's squad is a mix of players who featured at the last UEFA U-19 qualifying mini-tournament at the Centenary Stadium in November, where the Malta U-19s finished third with four points, and a host of new players who have been promoted from the Malta U-17 squad.
