Match Preview Birkirkara FC Vs. Zejtun Corinthians FC

by Clayton Schembri - 5th February 2021

Birkirkara FC will be seeking to extend their positive run to twelve matches in the BOV Premier League when they take on Zejtun Corinthians FC this afternoon at the Centenary Stadium (Kick-Off: 17:00). The Stripes will be all-out to register their third consecutive win and retain their fourth place in the standings after Sliema Wanderers have temporally leap-frog the Stripes with Thursday's draw against Valletta FC.

The Stripes are currently fifth with thirty-one points, one point under Sliema but with a game in hand and four points under Gzira.

On the other hand, Zejtun are currently occupying the eleventh place on twenty points.

Coach Andre Paus must do without the suspended Cain Attard, who collected the 4th yellow card against Lija Athletic FC.

Since we can`t go to the stadium due the COVID-19 restrictions, we are encouraging our supporters to donate the match-ticket money of €8 through Revolut to our club`s number 99293172. Also, other donations are accepted. Thanks for your support!

Also, you can support the Team anyway from your homes and watch the game on live.mfa.com.mt

Come on The Stripes!
