He was one of the most regular players and in fact managed to make no less than 42 appearances. After signing a two year deal with them, he was released due to the club's financial difficulties.

In March 2008, Regillio reached an important achievement in his life as he made his international debut for Haiti in a 3-1 loss to Ecuador. Then he was scheduled to move to Drogheda United where he agreed a two year contract with the club but a heart condition was discovered in his medical with Drogheda. In the 2012 January Transfer Window, Birkirkara were searching for a strong defender. Regillio was one of the main targets for Birkirkara FC and he joined our Club on the 14 January.

Regillio made his debut in the 1-0 loss against Floriana on the 28 January where he had a fine performance.

Due to personal reasons, Regillio asked the Club to terminate his contract. The committee accepted his request and he was released on the 6 February.
