Birkirkara face Marsaxlokk in Carlsberg Tournament

Birkirkara will be involved in their second match of the Carlsberg Tournament tonight when they will face the First Division Champions, Marsaxlokk.

Both Birkirkara and Marsaxlokk where held in a draw in the first matches they played. The 'Stripes' were held in a goal less draw. On the other hand, Marsaxlokk made an incredible comeback from 4-1 to equalize the score, ending the match in a 4-4 draw.

Birkirkara will once again be playing in the second game of the day. The first match will see Qormi and Hibernians face each other at 19:00.

Last Monday, Mr. Paul Zammit started the match with a very young squad as no less than six players which are currently forming part of the Under 17 and Under 19 squads were in the starting line up.

The match will be played at the Hibs Ground and it will kick off at 21:00. Tickets cost €5 and will entitle you to watch both matches played today.
