Trevor Cilia talks about yesterday's match

After the last match against Valletta, we decided to interview the man of the match, the player that thanks to his brace enabled Birkirkara to grab a point from the match. This is the international player, Trevor Cilia.

Trevor opened this interview saying, "In my opinion, I think it was a fair result as both sides had their chances, with the first half being dominated by Valletta while the second half by Birkirkara. They opened the match on a more aggressive note but we were prepared for that and we were never inferior to them through out the whole match even though we suffered two injuries in the midfield department"

Cilia went on by explaining his feeling after yesterday's goals which were so important for Birkirkara. "I am so happy that I managed to score two goals especially when you consider our opponents, the eternal rivals Valletta. I am happy too that I helped my team to grab a point to keep our moral high for the next matches as we'll try to gain as many points as possible so we can continue being in the top spots."

Trevor concluded by thanking the Birkirkara FC supporters. "I would like to thank all the Birkirkara supporters for yesterday's match. They were awesome and well prepared. Your support does give us extra boost that we need throughout the match."
