In its efforts to further strengthen the squad, Birkirkara FC has a number of foreign players on trial. These players are expected to make an appearance in the AME Cup, which kicks-off today.

Zoran Vuckovic is a Serbian midfielder, who came up from the ranks of Novi Sad, and he has been training with our squad for the past three weeks.

Kevin Olivieira is a Dutch Striker, who played with Mitra Kukar FC in Indonesia and before that with Roda JC and NAC Breda in Holland, arrived in Malta yesterday for a trial with our Club.

Central defender, Jusselio Donizete, and striker Jhonnattann Benites da Conceiçao, both Brazilian players that were recently released by Valletta FC, are also on trial with our squad.

The Club is also in advanced negotiations with a Spanish defender and another Brazilian striker, and they might be invited to join the Squad next week.

The Club has also intensified its efforts to conclude the signings of two local players that have been in the Club's plans from the beginning of June, but agreement with their respective clubs has not been reached yet.
