Jonathan Maciel to play for Birkirkara FC

Brazilian central defender Jonathan Maciel is the latest player to sign for our Club, as a few moments ago he put pen to paper for a one year deal.

Jonathan, who holds Italian citizenship was on trial with our Club in these past days. He left a good impression with his solid defending as witnessed in the friendly match against Khazar Lankaran of Azerbijan last Saturday.

We would like to welcome Jonathan to our Club, and wish him a successful season.
