Birkirkara FC signs Arian Mrsulja

Birkirkara FC has signed Croatian defender Arian Mrsulja on a one-year contract. He becomes the sixth foreigner confirmed for Season 2018-2019 as the Stripes steps up their transfer campaign in view of the UEFA Europa League preliminary round matches.

Standing at 190cm tall, Mrsulja is a Croatian promising defender. In the last two seasons, he was a regular player with ASD Mezzolara in the Seria D and has made twenty appearances in the last season. He has played for Croatian side Istra 1961 in the Under-17's and Under-19's categories.

He becomes the fourth new foreigner for the Stripes following the signing of Uchenna Umeh, Marcelo De Siqueira and Eduardo Dos Santos. Kristijan Naumovski and Mislav Andelkovic are the two foreigners confirmed from last season.
