Up next: Newly-promoted Spartans

by Matthaeus Grasso - 24th September 2009

Following the huge amount of controversies which hit the Maltese football scenes, Birkirkara will be resuming their Premier League duties with a match against newly-promoted Hamrun Spartans.

With the "Red and Blacks" supposedly playing in the first division, a few days ago, in an MFA meeting, they were promoted to play at the highest level of local football together with Msida St. Joseph. These two clubs have taken the place of Marsaxlokk and Vittoriosa respectively.

The match between the two sides will be played on Saturday at the Ta'Qali National Stadium, with the kick-off scheduled to take place at 18.30

See you!
