Reuben Gauci signs for Birkirkara F.C.

Birkirkara opened the 2012 Summer Transfer Market with the signing of former Marsaxlokk goalkeeper Reuben Gauci when just a few moments ago he signed a two year contract with our Club.

Reuben is not a new face in the Birkirkara squad as in the previous season he was loaned from Marsaxlokk in the January Transfer Market. He made his official debut in the 1-0 loss against Sliema Wanderers on the 7 January. In the Premier League, he made fifteen appearances in which he managed to register five clean sheets.

Reuben is the first signing following renewing the contracts of the three foreigners namely Nikola Vukanac, Jorge Santos Silva and Rodrigo Pereira.
