Frank Temile signs for the Stripes

by Ivan Mizzi - 6th July 2013

Maltese Champions Birkirkara FC completed their second signing in the Summer Transfer Window as just a few moments ago, Nigerian striker Frank Temile signed a one-year contract with the Club.

Temile is the Stripes' second major signing in the forward line after having signed the former Valletta prolific striker, Demba Toure. Frank will join Demba, Shola Shodiya and Jean Pierre Mifsud Triganza in Birkirkara's strong forward line.

Frank was on the books of the Ukranian's side Dynamo Kyiv where he used to play for the Dynamo's reserves-team.

This will be Temile's second adventure in Malta following spending an excellent 2007-2008 with Valletta where he helped the Citizens clinching their 19th title. On that season, Temile netted 10 goals in 20 matches and was voted as the best foreign player, the most promising player and the best forward of the Premier League in the Malta football awards.

We would like to wish all the best of luck to Frank in his adventure with our Club.
