Under 15s Bounce Back With A Convincing Win

Birkirkara Under 15s yesterday managed to bounce back from the defeat suffered last week by beating Rabat Ajax 4-0 at the Siggiewi Ground. This win confirmed what coach Charlie Micallef said after the previous game as the team moved on despite the defeat and seem to be back on track.

Both Under 15s and Under 17s suffer defeat

Last weekend was not a positive one for our nursery colours as both the Under 15s and the Under 17s went down to San Gwann and Valletta respectively. While this was the first upset for the Under 15s, it was the second defeat in a row for the Under 17s.

Under 17s Comprehensively Beaten

Birkirkara Under 17s tasted their first defeat of this current campaign when they were comprehensively beaten 5-0 at the Luxol Ground by Paola Hibs, who deserved their victory, although the result might indicate that it was just one way traffic.

Another High-Scoring Win for our Under 15s

Birkirkara Under 15s managed another big win, this time by beating Mellieha 8-1 at the Rabat Ajax Grounds. This was yet another excellent performance by our youths, who outplayed the northerners for long stretches of the game.
