Malta set to face tough opposition

In today's World Cup 2010 qualification match, hosts Malta will face in-form Sweden, which promises to be a very difficult game for the whole Maltese contingent. The match will kick-off at 18.30 and will be played at the Ta'Qali National Stadium.

This week's duties

Vukanac to replace Hartvig

Following the departure of Ronni Hartvig from the Birkirkara FC squad, the board of directors together with the technical staff, have moved to capture the signing of Serbian defender Nikola Vukanac, who has been on trial with 'The Stripes' for a considerable amount of time.
