Birkirkara succumb to Marsaxlokk

Birkirkara suffered their 2nd loss of the season as yesterday, Marsaxlokk managed to beat 'The Stripes' with a 5-2 result, with the reigning champions having a terrible performance especially in the defence department.

Birkirkara FC sign sponsorship deal with Laferla

This evening, during a short ceremony, Birkirkara FC signed a three year sponsorship agreement with Laferla Insurance Agency Limited. Mr Laferla said that his company is looking for a long term relationship with the Club, and that is why they went for a three year deal, with the aim of extending it even further.

Paul Zammit thanks the supporters

Last Friday, Birkirkara registered their first draw of the season with a 2-2 result against Valletta. Birkirkara supporters had their best attendance for this season while creating a wonderful atmosphere thanks to a spectacular choreography, organised and lead by the Birkirkara Ultras. Head coach Mr. Paul Zammit had some thoughts to share about all of this with the Birkirkara FC supporters.

Birkirkara FC host a Press Conference

During a press conference organised today by Birkirkara Football Club, at the Teamsport outlet, the Club's President Mr Karm Galea, presented the new signings for the season. These are Terence Vella, Andrew Decesare, Ryan Harding, Esequeil Lovizon, Manuel Bartolo, Michael Fraser, Simon Zahra and Emiliano Lattes, and Patrick Borg who is returning from a loan spell to Mqabba FC. Also present on the panel were Club's Vice Presidents Joe Gauci and Andrew Calleja, Club Secretary Mr Gilbert Agius, Head Coach Paul Zammit, and Natasha Vella, representative of the main sponsor - McDonalds.

Birkirkara F.C. Youth Nursery in Valenzia Training Camp

Valenzia CF, one of the top clubs in Spain, have invited the Birkirkara F.C. Youth Nursery Under-17 squad for a 6-day training camp. During this stay, the young Stripes will be able to experience many aspects of a professional youth academy set-up, something which will undoubtedly leave positive effects on the Maltese boys, coach and delegates alike.

Birkirkara sign on Michael Fraser

Today, Birkirkara FC have registered their third goalkeeper for this season. The latest recruit is Michael Fraser, a Scottish goalkeeper who was on trial with our Club for the last few weeks.
