Birkirkara battle Tarxien for second place again

Prime Minister Gonzi visits Birkirkara FC Premises

This morning, Prime Minister Dr. Lawrence Gonzi, together with a contingent from the Nationalist Party, including Hon. Tonio Fenech and Hon. Tonio Borg, visited the Birkirkara Football Club premises during their visit to the town of Birkirkara. Officials from the Birkirkara Football Club's committee, welcomed the contingent.

Birkirkara suffered an embarrassing loss today afternoon as they were defeated by Qormi with a score of 4-1. Qormi's new signing Michael Mifsud managed to found the net no less than three times.
