Training Schedule

Following the Euro Cup commitments, this week Birkirkara will be involved in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League against FK Metalurg Skopje of Macedonia.

Membership 2012/2013

Membership to the Birkirkara Football Club for the Season 2012-2013 is open. As in previous years, the membership costs 30 Euros for adults, 15 Euros for Senior members over 61 years of age, and 15 Euros for Junior members, under 18 years of age.

Depleted Birkirkara heavily beaten by Valletta

Birkirkara ended their Euro Cup commitments with a 5-0 loss against Valletta. This match had little significance as the cup was already won by Hibernians whatever the outcome.

UEFA Women Champions League Draws

This afternoon, Club Secretary Mr. Ivan Muscat and the Women's Head Coach, Mr. Johann Scicluna attended the draws of the UEFA Women Champions League qualifying round, held at Nyon. Birkirkara were drawn in Group 3, with SU 1 ° Dezembro of Portugal, Olimpia Cluj-Napoca of Romania and Glentoran Belfast United of Northern Ireland. There are 8 groups in all.

Birkirkara to face Valletta in Euro Cup

Birkirkara will be involved in their third and last match of the Euro Cup when this evening they will face arch rivals and current champions Valletta.

Birkirkara easily beat Floriana

Shola Shodiya was instrumental in Birkirkara's win over Floriana by scoring once and serving two assists, in a match that ended with a score of 3-0.

Youth Nursery Summer School

The Birkirkara F.C. Youth Nursery, would like to remind you of this year's Summer School which is going to be held between the 3rd of July to the 2nd August, every Tuesday and Thursday between 6.30pm to 8pm.

Coach and Administrator Education

Marko Glumac, the Birkirkara F.C. Youth Nursery Head Coach and Jonathan Barbara, the Nursery Administrator, have been selected by the Malta Football Association to attend the Director of Youth Coaching (Head Coach) and Nursery Administrator courses respectively. Both have been recommended by the Birkirkara F.C. Youth Nursery committee chaired by Arch. Mannie Galea.

Birkirkara will be involved in their second match of the Euro Cup when this evening they face Floriana.

Team's Schedule for the week

Following the first competitive match of the season, Birkirkara will be involved in another two matches in the Euro Cup competition.

Birkirkara to face Metalurg Skopje in the Europa League's first round

Birkirkara will face FK Metalurg Skopje of Macedonia in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League. The draws were held at the UEFA Headquraters, in Nyon and our Club was represented by Vice President Dr. Adrian Delia and Secretary Mr. Ivan Muscat.

Rodrigo Pereira suspended

The MFA's Disciplinary Commissioner announced that Brazilian defender Rodrigo Pereira will be suspended next Tuesday in the second game of the Euro Cup against Floriana.

Birkirkara heavily beaten by Hibernians

In a very disappointing opening of the new season, Birkirkara suffered a 5-0 loss to Hibernians.

Patrick Borg signs for Birkirkara F.C.

Patrick Borg is the second Maltese player to sign for Birkirkara this season, as this evening he signed a one year contract.

Nursery's new committee first meeting

The Birkirkara F.C. Youth Nursery new committee has convened for the first time for season 2012/13, last Sunday. The committee met at the main office of the Infetti Training Facilities and was chaired by the new and energetic chairman, Arch. Mannie Galea.
